it seems the HD DVD/Blu-Ray war is pretty much over, with news that Toshiba will no longer develop, manufacture, or market HD DVD players and recorders. pcworld has an article on it. but does this mean everyone will now be rushing to buy blu-ray?

today is macworld day, and the rumors of a new sub-notebook from apple prove to be true: steve jobs announces macbook air, weighing just 3lbs, 1.6/1.8GHz, 2GBs memory, 80GB hard drive and wireless n, with a 13.3" LED display. price will be $1,799. suwheet.

i'm actually quite intrigued by this. a tee shirt that detects wifi signals, from thinkgeek.com. ok ok, no i won't get it. but it's cute. just think, instead of letting all those waves pass through you like they normally do, now you can capture them and show the world! [thx meis]

my coworker showed me this site today while we were talking about custom keyboards for photoshop.  check it out, yo.  each key on the optimus keyboard is an individual display.  is that cool or what?
