i went to a drum clinic last nite featuring dennis chambers, whom you’ve probably never heard of but have likely heard play. most recently he’s toured with santana.

i love going to drum clinics cuz they’re always inspiring, and most clinicians take some time to talk and answer questions during their performance.

what did i learn last nite? that it’s possible to play 64th notes with your left hand. i’ll just probably never experience that in my playing!
