two 10 year-old kids have organised a campaign appealing to canadians’ patriotism to boycott mcdonalds on december 3rd in an attempt win back canada’s $5 billion from the US for taxes on lumber.

The only problem is that McDonalds Canada is a separate company and the individual franchises will pay the price, not the company itself. Boycott McDonalds because the food sucks, not because of the US.
Home Depot would probably be a better target.
